In this current scenario, it is not only our physical health which needs attention, but we also need to think and take care of our mental health, to stay fit and healthy from inside out.
The lockdown, scarcity of our daily needs, staying at home and the evolving cases of coronavirus- all together are impacting our mental health a lot. Along with the increasing number of positive cases, the fear among the general people is also growing.
In such a scenario, we need to deal with our mental health altogether. First of all, stay away from all the rumours and social media posts which don’t have any authentic evidence. Follow the government guidelines to stay safe from the virus. Meditating, listening to music, pursuing your hobbies, learning new things, exercising is some of the many things that you can choose apart from your daily chores to stay happy. Remember that staying positive can help you to stay mentally fit.
